| I once lost 17 bets in a row. Mathematically losing 17 coin tosses in a row should not happen often, but I have heard several other people say the same has happened to them. Here are the odds on a losing streak. Odds of losing 1 bet: 1 in 2 2 bets: 1 in 4 3 bets: 1 in 8 4 bets: 1 in 16 5 bets: 1 in 32 6 bets: 1 in 64 7 bets: 1 in 128 8 bets: 1 in 256 9 bets: 1 in 512 10 bets: 1 in 1024 11 bets: 1 in 2048 12 bets: 1 in 4096 12 bets: 1 in 8192 13 bets: 1 in 16384 14 bets: 1 in 32768 15 bets: 1 in 65536 16 bets: 1 in 131072 17 bets: 1 in 262144 So I should need to play over a quarter of a million games of 50 50 before seeing a streak of 17 losses. The odds don't match up though I doubt I played over 10,000 games of 50 50 and I have seen multiple streaks exceeding 13 losses in a row. The 50 50 is not true & I think some part of the programming corrupts it. How can this be explained? Perhaps a bot exists that takes random bets on the 50 50 automatically (perhaps 10-20% of the total bets) & simply deletes the points as a hidden tax on the 50 50. |

This is correct, The same as in a game of roulette you could have 8/10 reds in a row, In no way does that give the next spin a greater chance of producing a black. |

| The chance is still the same for each individual bet yes. The odds of getting a certain amount of wins or losses in a row is a much greater then just 50/50 chance. |
