| I personally bust almost everytime, but I notice at times people just don't bust, unless it's for a mission. A bigger incentive would help sort this out!  Buster of The Hour or something maybe?  |

| People doing missions get an incentive but what about the people that don't do missions yet still bust people. There should be an incentive for that side of it. I would bust people if there was an incentive as Cruza stated. |
