Is the prob with lucky boxes going to get sorted at all & is the fb vote option gunna get sorted at all as well or have we shit out and lost that all together??  |

| Open Support Tickets: 0 I check support desk numerous times a day. If I can't fix the problem myself, I normally post a reply saying that I am forwarding the issue to brad/molez and then do so. (And will repeatedly message them until it gets fixed) Seriously, we do work our hardest to ensure tickets get seen and hopefully resolved within a short amount of time. |

| No need for voting at all, the few who actually use it are unlikely to actually follow through on the vote, and those very few who do, do so in vain because all the topsites are dead, no one uses them anymore so it doesn't benefit MC much |
