| What's your opinion on people trying to "poach," members from other gangs? Haven't seen it happen much here, but I'm curious of everyones opinions. |

| I've never "poached" When I talk to someone and make friends with them I politely say, " you're always welcome here if you decide to join a different gang." And when they decline I tell them I appreciate their loyalty. |

| we reruit new members and when they see what we are about they say "thanks but no thanks" and leave. That was back then, things are a bit different now. we did have some poached though, understanable  |
