	Manage Ranks section to me improved at current if you give a member this option they can give them selfs any option maybe change it so leader has delete gang only, and make it so if someone who hasnt got vault access cant give them self it, only people who have vault access can do this, most gangs want members to invite and set permissions e.g. mass mail so this is a thought

	You should also be able to get mass mail automatically when you join a gang, but leaders can still take away that privilege.
