I think when you get accepted into a gang you should automatically be able to mass mail. Certain times when the leaders are offline and someone applies whoever has manage members usually accepts them. That member might be trusted enough to kick and accept members but might not be trustworthy enough to manage gang ranks for fear they might take the money/points from the gang. So the person who joins has to wait until a leader gets back online to give them mass mail. Sometimes (like over weekends) the leaders might be offline for a day or so making it impossible for the new member to interact with the entire gang.......Anyway this would be a lot easier then having to make people wait until the leaders get back online. or

	FUCK YES! You should still be able to take it away though. Rarely necessary. But nice to have the option sometimes,lol.
